Pantoja (30-6) will look to reclaim the
\nUltimate Fighting Championship<\/a> flyweight title from Van (17-2)
\nin their rematch at UFC
\n331<\/a> on Sept. 19 at Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles. Both
\n125-pounders have identified holes in each other\u2019s games that
\nthey\u2019re looking to exploit.<\/p>\n

Alexandre Pantoja’s coach breaks down their UFC 331 flyweight
\ntitle rematch<\/h2>\n

Pantoja\u2019s muay thai coach at
\nAmerican Top Team<\/a>, Anderson Franca, says the Brazilian has some
\nsurprises in store for his Octagon return. He believes Van will try
\nto keep the fight standing as he will be concerned about Pantoja\u2019s
\nground game. However, Franca claims Pantoja can surprise Van on the
\nfeet as well and predicts a precise fourth-round finish.<\/p>\n

\u201cVan\u2019s fight with Taira gave us a lot of elements to study in terms
\nof how he might approach this fight,\u201d Franca told Sherdog. \u201cWe have
\nPlan A and Plan B. We\u2019re bringing some surprises. Pantoja is
\nextremely motivated and our expectations couldn\u2019t be better. This
\nwas a particularly good training camp. Parrumpa really pushed his
\nconditioning so he would be able to go hard for all five rounds if
\nnecessary. I believe Joshua Van will want to keep the fight
\nstanding and emphasize his boxing. I think he\u2019ll be concerned about
\nPantoja\u2019s grappling, but Pantoja can surprise him on the feet as
\nwell. Still, I believe Pantoja will get the finish in the fourth
\nround.\u201d<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Van says he’s noticed a chink in Pantoja\u2019s armor that he
\nplans to exploit. He also says he isn\u2019t worried about the former
\nchamp\u2019s grappling and even believes he could slip in a sneaky
\nsubmission. The 24-year-old champ plans to finish Pantoja within
\nthree rounds.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe work on defending that position, but maybe I\u2019ll be the one who
\ngets him in the rear-naked choke,\u201d Van told Full Send MMA. \u201cI
\nshowed with Taira I\u2019m not scared of the ground; I\u2019ll look for a sub
\nif it\u2019s there. We\u2019ve studied him and seen a little hole that he has
\nin his game that we are gonna capitalize on. There\u2019s a couple of
\nthings I can\u2019t speak on, but it\u2019s going to be done within three
