Osmanli (11-1) is scheduled to make his
\nUltimate Fighting Championship<\/a> debut on Sept. 26 against fellow
\npromotional debutant Ilimbek
\nAkylbek Uulu<\/a> (9-3). He hopes to make quick work of his Kyrgyz
\nopponent and return to action at
\nUFC 333<\/a> in Abu Dhabi before breaking into the Top 15 at
\nbantamweight.<\/p>\n

Mehemmedali Osmanli wants Sean O’Malley after his UFC debut
\nagainst Ilimbek Akylbek Uulu<\/h2>\n

The Azerbaijani prospect, who\u2019s riding a nine-fight winning streak
\nwith six finishes since 2022, made his intentions clear ahead of
\nhis Octagon debut. He\u2019s looking to finish Uulu and then fight
\ncloser to home, in Abu Dhabi, when the UFC heads to the United Arab
\nEmirates on Oct. 24.<\/p>\n

\u201cI hope I finish him easily,\u201d Osmanli said at media day ahead of
\n
\nUFC Vegas 121<\/a>. \u201cAnd then I want to fight Abu Dhabi card,
\nOctober 24. Maybe Top 15 someone\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n

Osmanli was then asked who he would like to fight in the Top 15 at
\n135 pounds, naming former champ O\u2019Malley as a favorable
\nmatchup.<\/p>\n
