\nUltimate Fighting Championship<\/a> has changed how opponents and
\nfans view him.<\/p>\n

Pinas returns to action on Oct. 3 at UFC
\n332<\/a> in Salt Lake City against Andrey
\nPulyaev<\/a>. The middleweight prospect says he is treated
\ndifferently after recording back-to-back finishes since earning a
\ncontract on
\nDana White\u2019s Contender Series<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Damian Pinas says back-to-back UFC finishes changed how people
\nview him<\/h2>\n

Pinas (10-1) has finished all 10 of his professional victories,
\nincluding nine by knockout and one by submission. However, Pinas
\nbelieves his recent UFC success has brought him increased
\nrecognition. Ahead of his fight at UFC 332, \u201cThe Baba Yaga\u201d
\ndiscussed how expectations have changed following his recent
\nperformances.<\/p>\n

\u201cYeah, since my last fight, everybody gave me more respect, more
\nrecognition; they didn’t count me out anymore because before that
\nthey were counting me out, now they put it on my name because I’ve
\nbeen working hard to get so far in the year to the UFC\u2026 It’s
\namazing,\u201d Pinas said in a pre-fight interview.<\/p>\n

Pinas also maintains there is more to his game than what he has
\nshown in the UFC, although he plans to keep that part of his
\narsenal under wraps for now.<\/p>\n

\u201cNow, my grappling area\u2026 Nobody saw my grappling,\u201d Pinas added.
\n\u201cEverybody thinks that I don’t have grappling, but I keep it quiet\u2026
\nOne day I will show you guys.\u201d<\/p>\n

\nPinas<\/a> is happy to see his hard work paying off and hopes to
\nextend his first-round knockout streak in the UFC to three on
