\nTalbott<\/a> at UFC
\n332<\/a> on Oct. 3 in Salt Lake City. After suffering four defeats
\nin his last five fights, the Brazilian has spent his latest
\ntraining camp in Thailand sharpening his muay thai.<\/p>\n

Deiveson Figueiredo sharpens Muay Thai and grappling for Payton
\nTalbott<\/h2>\n

Speaking to Sherdog, Figueiredo said the trip was initially
\nintended as an opportunity to spend a month training and
\nexperiencing Thailand before the UFC presented him with the matchup
\nagainst Talbott.<\/p>\n

\u201cActually, I came here to spend a month sharpening my muay thai and
\nexperiencing Thailand, which had been a longtime dream of mine,\u201d
\nFigueiredo said. \u201cWhen I got here, the UFC offered me this fight,
\nso I decided to do my entire camp here.\u201d<\/p>\n

Figueiredo worked on his striking with Phuket Fight Club head coach
\nLeo Elias while also training with wrestlers at the gym to sharpen
\nhis grappling.<\/p>\n

\u201cElias is everything people say he is,\u201d Figueiredo said. \u201cWe worked
\na lot on striking volume. I also got a lot of help from fighters
\nfrom Chechnya, Dagestan and Uzbekistan when it came to grappling. I
\nwas able to learn a lot from them.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cDeus Da Guerra\u201d believes he is prepared for wherever the fight
\nwith Talbott takes place.<\/p>\n

\u201cI always look to mix things up. What I can say is that I\u2019m ready
