Speaking in a video posted by UFC on Paramount+, Nolan praised
\nGamrot\u2019s style and suggested that facing the Polish contender would
\nhelp him develop his skills. However, the 26-year-old stopped short
\nof calling for an immediate booking, noting that he first wants to
\nconsult with his coaches.<\/p>\n

Nolan believes preparing for Gamrot would push him to improve, much

\u201cYeah, I think it would force me to upgrade,\u201d he said. \u201cLike, I had

The Australian stressed that there was no need to rush into the
\nmatchup. Having recently relocated from Australia to New Zealand to

\nCity Kickboxing<\/a>, Nolan wants to return to his team, assess
\nwhere he needs to improve and discuss his options with his
\ncoaches.<\/p>\n
