professional boxing

The Los Angeles fighter made his professional debut in 2024,
defeating Jeremy Park by unanimous decision. He followed with a
stoppage victory over Irvin Arnoldo Arevalo Chavez in 2025 and a
third-round technical knockout of Angel Antonio Mora Bernardino in
June 2026.

Vargas will transition to bare-knuckle competition inside BKB’s
signature Trigon ring. His debut opponent and fight date have not
been announced.

“Bare knuckle is more suited to my style. I feel like I can get the
job done faster without gloves than I can with traditional boxing,”
Vargas said.

Vargas trains under former professional boxer Eric Garcia at The
Shop Strength and Fitness in Montclair, California.

BKB CEO David Tetreault cited Vargas’ unbeaten record and social
media following as factors behind the signing.
